Completely Unrelated
This isn't really related to much, I just thought it was funny. I take these survey things for the Virginian Pilot. This question really stuck out:

Yes, I think I see the problem. To "correct" it, the VP should try: "Do you have additional comments?" (of course, when they choose "Yes", there would be no comment box.
This gave me a good chuckle.
